Therefore a realization of advanced and just effective projects of the talented people on an independent financial base is the single precondition for a gradual transformation of our mercenary modern society into the civilization.
For this purpose we start to create the financial turnover between progressive people similar that in an ancient time was created by mercenary people, which would be independent from wills of concrete people.
Existence of the financial turnover, that they created, depends on two factors: mercenary needs and financial economic rules which ensure these needs.
Progressive needs were always character for people too. But there are no rules that would ensure even large scaled and progressing satisfaction of these needs.
When I understood task, to create the rules, according expectations of the progressive people, was not difficult.
A one world famous financial specialist reacted hotly to these rules: “Do you know that your solution overcomes most advanced forms of the venture financing which successfully work only in two places in the world – in Boston and California, and when you will start process, in several years you will not know who will work to you anywhere in South Africa?”
In the basis the rules are very simple:
- We invest without any pledge.
- Author of a project always has a control packet of shares – 51%.
- One third of the benefit is used to an investment of the new projects (and the author decides by himself which project he will support, by this rule is ensured a decentralized character of investment process).
- One third of the benefit is used to informational, scientific, education and other social tasks (the author determines concrete tasks by himself too).
- One third of the benefit is used on a payment of investor’s dividends and consumption.
What we need more at this way?
Most of all we need the confidence.
This quality isn’t popular in the mercenary society, as the other qualities which elevate humans: honesty, integrity, compassion, morality… But these qualities have decisive meaning between civilized people.

P.S. I don’t think that a lot of people act in such a manner today. I don’t think that such people become more in visible perspective. A few people ready to risk their own fate for progressive tasks. So at the practice our cooperation is a rare chance.
